Booking Conditions<\/h3>
  • The Casa da Vinha is always rented in its entirety, with the same price for 1 to 10 guests.<\/li>
  • For groups of 11 to 12 people, the Casa do Olival must also be included.<\/li>
  • For groups of 13 to 14 people, the Casa do Rochedo must also be included, in addition to the Casa da Vinha and the Casa do Olival.<\/li>
  • The Casa do Olival and the Casa do Rochedo cannot be booked independently.<\/li>
  • The maximum capacity of the booking is 14 people, excluding children up to 2 years old sleeping in a crib (provided by the property).<\/li>
  • Number of beds:
    • Casa da Vinha: 2 double bedrooms + 3 twin bedrooms (convertible into double beds)<\/li>
    • Casas do Olival and do Rochedo: 1 double bed each<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>


      Services<\/h3>
      • Breakfast always included.<\/li>
      • Outdoor pool.<\/li>
      • Spa with sauna, Turkish bath, and jacuzzi for private use.<\/li>
      • Recreation room with a pool table and ping-pong table.<\/li>
      • Covered dining area with a barbecue.<\/li>
      • Possibility to arrange meals and transportation by agreement at the time of booking.<\/li><\/ul>


        Payment<\/h3>
        • Payment method: bank transfer.<\/li>
        • Security deposit: \u20ac1000 to be paid at check-in.<\/li><\/ul>


          Cancellation<\/h3>
          • Free cancellation up to 2 weeks before check-in, except during high season, when the deadline is 4 weeks.<\/li>
          • To cancel, the guest must contact us by phone: +351 914 052 276 or by email: booking@valedaspapas.pt<\/li><\/ul>


            Schedules<\/h3>
            • Check-in: from 4:00 PM<\/li>
            • Check-out: until 11:00 AM<\/li>
            • Flexibility possible by case-by-case agreement, provided there is no conflict with another group.<\/li><\/ul>


              Pets<\/h3>
              • No pets allowed.<\/li><\/ul>


                Parking<\/h3>
                • Parking available.<\/li>
                • Electric car charging available.<\/li><\/ul>


                  Damages or Missing Items<\/h3>
                  • The \u20ac1000 security deposit applies for damages or missing items during the stay.<\/li><\/ul>


                    Smoking<\/h3>
