The User is responsible for the confidentiality of the password and the use of the Account and must immediately notify Vale das Papas of any unauthorized use. <\/li>\n<li>The User is responsible for any damage caused through the misuse of the Site or their Account.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>3 \u2013 Rights and Obligations of Vale das Papas<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>To modify, add to, or remove parts of the Terms and Conditions.<\/li>\n<li>To modify or terminate the Services, in whole or in part, without prior notice.<\/li>\n<li>To remove User Accounts whose content violates rights or is illegal.<\/li>\n<li>To provide technical support by email for registered users.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>4 \u2013 Intellectual Property and Personal Rights<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>All content on the Site is the property of Vale das Papas or of third parties properly identified.<\/li>\n<li>The User may not copy, modify, create derivative works, or attempt to extract source code without authorization.<\/li>\n<li>Trademarks, logos, and other brand features are the property of Vale das Papas and may not be used without permission.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>5 \u2013 Disclaimer of Warranties<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>The services are provided \u201cas is\u201d and \u201cas available.\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Vale das Papas does not guarantee that the use of the services will meet the User\u2019s expectations, nor that it will be continuous or error-free.<\/li>\n<li>The User assumes all risks associated with the use of the Site and the services.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>6 \u2013 Limitation of Liability<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Vale das Papas is not responsible for damages resulting from advertising or relationships with third-party advertisers.<\/li>\n<li>Changes to or termination of the services.<\/li>\n<li>Loss or corruption of data.<\/li>\n<li>Misuse of the Account by the User.<\/li>\n<li>Circumstances beyond the company\u2019s control (force majeure, technical failures).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>7 \u2013 General Booking Conditions<\/h2>\n<h3>7.1 Scope<\/h3>\n<p>These General Conditions govern the contract for the provision of accommodation booking and tourist services through the Site.<\/p>\n<h3>7.2 Bookings<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>O Cliente deve fornecer dados completos e corretos.<\/li>\n<li>Upon confirming the reservation, you will receive a booking code that must be used in all communications.<\/li>\n<li>For transportation bookings or required documents, the client is responsible for obtaining them.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>7.3 Benefits, promotions, and discounts<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Promotions and discounts are subject to availability and confirmation.<\/li>\n<li>They may require a promotional code or advance payment.<\/li>\n<li>Any fraudulent use will invalidate the discount.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>7.4 Taxes and fees<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Prices include legally applicable taxes.<\/li>\n<li>Booking, change, or cancellation fees may apply as described in the reservation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>7.5 Reservation changes<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"background-color: transparent;\">Changes are subject to the express agreement of Vale das Papas.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>8 \u2013 Accommodation<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Casa da Vinha<\/strong>: always rented in its entirety, maximum 10 guests (children up to 2 years old in a crib do not count).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Casa do Olival:<\/strong> cannot be reserved separately; it complements Casa da Vinha for groups of 11-12 people.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Casa do Rochedo<\/strong>: &nbsp;cannot be reserved separately; it complements Casa da Vinha + Casa do Olival for groups of 13-14 people.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Configura\u00e7\u00e3o de camas:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Casa da Vinha: 2 double beds + 3 single beds that can be converted into double beds.<\/li>\n<li>Casas do Olival and Rochedo: 1 double bed each.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Included services:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Breakfast included.<\/li>\n<li>Outdoor pool, spa (sauna, steam room, jacuzzi), leisure room with pool table and ping-pong.<\/li>\n<li>Covered dining area with barbecue.<\/li>\n<li>Option to arrange additional meals (to be arranged at the time of booking).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Hours:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Check-in: from 4:00 PM.<\/li>\n<li>Check-out: by 11:00 AM.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Minimum stay:<\/strong> 2 nights (high season: 3 nights).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Google Maps links for directions from Porto Airport:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/maps.app.goo.gl\/zocotiskaJNV6jak6\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Via Sabrosa \u2013 Fastest route<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/maps.app.goo.gl\/o9gXJCauXqN2Js2W7\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Via Alij\u00f3 \u2013 Easiest route<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/maps.app.goo.gl\/eSihvv7MwcprEaPX8\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Via Peso da R\u00e9gua \u2013 Scenic route<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>9 \u2013 Payment<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Pagamento por transfer\u00eancia banc\u00e1ria (enviar comprovativo para booking@valedaspapas.pt).<\/li>\n<li>Reservation is confirmed only after payment validation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>10 \u2013 Cancellation<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Free cancellation up to 15 days before check-in (except during high season: up to 4 weeks before check-in).<\/li>\n<li>Cancellation after the specified periods or no-show: total amount of the stay is non-refundable.<\/li>\n<li>Cancellation must be made by phone (+351 91 40 52 276) or email (booking@valedaspapas.pt).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>11 \u2013 Security deposit<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>A security deposit of \u20ac1000 is required for each reservation to cover potential damages or losses to the property or provided items.<\/li>\n<li>The amount is refunded after the stay and the inspection of the property&#8217;s condition and the provided items.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>12 \u2013 Inability to comply<\/h2>\n<p>Vale das Papas will immediately notify if it is unable to fulfill its obligations due to factors beyond its control.
