Booking Conditions

• The Casa da Vinha is always rented in its entirety, with the same price for 1 to 10 guests.
• For groups of 11 to 12 people, the Casa do Olival must also be included.
• For groups of 13 to 14 people, the Casa do Rochedo must also be included, in addition to the Casa da Vinha and the Casa do Olival.
• The Casa do Olival and the Casa do Rochedo cannot be booked independently.
• The maximum capacity of the booking is 14 people, excluding children up to 2 years old sleeping in a crib (provided by the property).
• Number of beds:
  • Casa da Vinha: 2 double bedrooms + 3 twin bedrooms (convertible into double beds)
  • Casas do Olival and do Rochedo: 1 double bed each

Services

• Breakfast always included.
• Outdoor pool.
• Spa with sauna, Turkish bath, and jacuzzi for private use.
• Recreation room with a pool table and ping-pong table.
• Covered dining area with a barbecue.
• Possibility to arrange meals and transportation by agreement at the time of booking.

Payment

• Payment method: bank transfer.
• Security deposit: €1000 to be paid at check-in.

Cancellation

• Free cancellation up to 2 weeks before check-in, except during high season, when the deadline is 4 weeks.

Schedules

• Check-in: from 4:00 PM.
• Check-out: by 11:00 AM.
• Flexibility possible by case-by-case agreement, provided there is no conflict with another group.

Pets

• No pets allowed.

Parking

• Parking available.
• Electric car charging available.

Damages or Missing Items

• The €1000 security deposit applies for damages or missing items during the stay.

Smoking

• Smoking is not allowed inside the houses.
